FAQs

Is there a dress code for attending services?

Not at all. Come as you are! We believe God looks at the heart, not the outfit (1 Samuel 16:7). Whether you prefer casual or formal, you’ll find people dressed comfortably and modestly; what matters most is a heart ready to worship.

Is there parking available for attendees?

Yes, we have adequate parking available for all attendees, and our parking attendants are always on ground to guide you safely and courteously.

What are the service times at LICC?

Service times may vary slightly across our campuses, but our main Sunday Worship Service typically starts at 9:00 AM, preceded by our Workers’ Meeting at 8:00 AM. For midweek services, please check our website or contact your campus for updated schedules.

What time are the Sunday services?

Our Sunday Worship Service begins at 9:00 AM. You’re encouraged to arrive a few minutes early for prayer, fellowship, and to settle in before worship starts.

Can I bring my favorite toy or stuffed animal to Children’s Ministry?

Of course! We understand that children often feel more comfortable with something familiar. Your child is welcome to bring a small toy or stuffed animal to class. However, we encourage that it’s something simple and not distracting during lessons or activities. Our goal is to help them feel safe, loved, and engaged in learning about Jesus.

Can I invite my friends to Children’s Ministry?

Absolutely! We love it when children invite their friends. Every Sunday is a great day to bring someone new to experience the joy and warmth of LICC’s Children’s Church. Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me” (Matthew 19:14), and we believe every child deserves that opportunity.

Do I need to bring anything to Children’s Ministry?

Just bring your child and their bright smile. We provide all teaching materials, craft supplies, and snacks. If your child has specific needs (like allergies or medication), please let our teachers know at check-in. We’ll make sure they are cared for attentively.

How can I get involved in Children’s Ministry?

We’d be thrilled to have you serve with us! If you love children and have a heart to help them grow in faith, the Children’s Ministry is a beautiful place to serve (Matthew 18:5). You can speak with the Children’s Church coordinator after service or sign up through our volunteer form online. We’ll provide training and help you find the right role.

Is Children’s Ministry safe?

Yes, safety is our top priority. All our children’s ministry volunteers are carefully selected, trained, and supervised. We maintain secure check-in and check-out systems, and only authorized individuals can pick up children after service. We also ensure that all classrooms and play areas are clean, organized, and well-monitored. Your child’s spiritual and physical safety matters deeply to us.

What do we do in Children’s Ministry?

So much good stuff, Children’s Church is filled with fun, learning, and faith. Each session includes worship, Bible lessons, storytelling, interactive activities, crafts, and sometimes short videos, all designed to help children know and love Jesus. It’s a joyful environment where children grow in faith while having fun with friends.
